Job Responsibilities

1. Achieving Sales Targets: They are responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

2. Strategic Planning: They design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

3. Team Management: They manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

4. Reporting: They present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

5. Market Analysis: They identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

6. Customer Relationship Management: They build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
